Subscriptions

Procedure

Subscriptions are available for purchase via Marketplace, where the provider sets the contract terms. For instance, AWS Marketplace has its own standard contract terms.

Subscription Period

Some or all parts of the Service may require a paid Subscription. Billing occurs in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), depending on your chosen Subscription plan.

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same terms at the end of each period unless cancelled by You or the Company.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Subscription renewal through the Marketplace settings or by contacting the Company. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current Subscription period.

Billing

All payments are handled by the Marketplace. The Company does not process any payments directly.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify Subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will take effect at the end of the current Subscription period.

We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes to allow you the opportunity to terminate your Subscription before the new fees apply.

Continued use of the Service after a fee change indicates your agreement to pay the modified amount.

Refunds

Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

The Company may consider certain refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at its sole discretion.
