BigQuery tables should all use customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) for encryption
BigQuery encrypts data at rest with Google managed keys by default. Customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) can be used instead. The check looks for BigQuery tables lacking a configured Cloud KMS key.
