Azure Cognitive Search services should use a SKU that supports private link

Checks Azure AI Search services for a SKU that supports Azure Private Link. Private Link lets you connect your virtual network to Azure services without a public IP address. By mapping private endpoints to your Search service, data leakage risks are reduced.

What this control checks

Search service sku.name must not be free; the free SKU is flagged.
